First,the people in the 13 Colonies discontent with Britain.
Then, they start to have congress.
After that, the war between them begin.
Next, Holland and Spain also help the 13 Colonies.
At last, the 13 Colonies become U.S.A.

There were 100 members in the legislature which stranded for the States while the 435 members of the House of Representatives stranded for the people's interests in the States. The legislature made law and could impeach the President.

One of the act is the sugar act the 13 colonies must pay are tax when they import sugar and white and red wine. this cost them a lot of money
