I think we are need to have reward but not money because if we use money to be a kind of reward will have many problems. Like the school have not enough money, so the school have no money to do other things. And is will only effect some poor students because the rich student does not need money. Also, is unfair too because the smart students will always get the money but not the others. So i think punishment is more effect to students.
